My name is Kulwant Sahota. I moved to California from India in 1999. I have been living in Mountain House/Tracy area for 14 years. My community consists of great schools, parks and safe neighborhoods. To briefly describe myself, I pay attention to details, get along with other agents very well and I am very detail orientated with my listings. I have a passion to help families find their dream home. In my free time I enjoy decorating houses, backyards and dancing. I am also involved in community service such as Science Olympiad and local charities.
My educational background in Commerce and Software Engineering has given me the ability to utilize my expertise in helping clients grow their net worth by investing in real estate and life insurance, which is why a career in real estate is perfect for me. In my previous experience I have gained the skills of listening to the customer and building on their requirements to translate them into the requested product. I also have strong computer skills that give me a technical edge. My favorite part of real estate is being able to hand over keys to first time homebuyers and helping them achieve a part of the American dream. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers each have an exciting outcome. With a seller I am able to help them recognize the equity in their home via listing and selling, and with a buyer I am able to help them turn a house into a home. I take time explaining purchase and sales agreements to my clients and I incorporate my personal hobby of decorating homes into helping clients stage their home for open houses.
